Richard and his team completed our house today and I have to say it looks incredible! Richard was so professional and understanding. We knew which carpet we wanted and he managed to arrange that for us as it wasn’t one of his own. He was very patient with us in terms of choosing our kitchen and bathroom flooring as I just couldn’t decide, I finally did and I’m so glad! The samples he showed us originally I didn’t want but he then came back to us with more books and we found our perfect floor! Our new house looks incredible and we couldn’t be any more pleased with it!

What I really appreciated was the time Richard took to visit us with samples worked late a couple of evening working out different quotes to suit budget and did everything to accomodate us in having the work done with limited time when we struggling to get info from building developers.
